Refund policy

Select the Reason: Choose the "Reason" from the drop-down menu and click "Request Return."
Receive Return Labels: Once approved, you will receive an email with return labels. Print the labels and include them with the package.
Courier Scheduling: A courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a pickup.
Hand Over the Package: Give the package to the courier during the scheduled pickup.
Store Credit Issued: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit via email.

Eligibility Criteria
- Time Frame: Initiate your return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Product Condition:
- Items must be in their original state:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original labels and tags intact
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including:

- Supplements

- Toiletries

Note:
- UAE customers: Return labels are provided free of charge.
- International customers: Return shipping fees apply.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD payments will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for refunds for international orders:
- United Arab Emirates: FREE
- United States: USD 10
- Europe: EUR 15
- United Kingdom: GBP 10
- Rest of the World: USD 15
Exchanges
- Store Credit: Exchanges are facilitated through store credit equivalent to the item's full price.
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Shipping Fees: Items purchased using store credit may be subject to shipping fees at checkout, depending on the order value.
Important: Ensure that the returned item matches the exchange request. Discrepancies may result in rejection of the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notification: Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide Details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
